2:25 My personal headcanon for why Swap's words are weighing on Sans so much is because Swap is a Sans with a Papyrus personality and mindset, so Sans is seeing the parallels between Papyrus and Swap, and even if it's unconsciously he's imagining Papyrus in Swap's place. This makes Swap saying he can't believe in someone so serious because Papyrus - and by extension Swap - are known for seeing the best in everyone. Papyrus and Swap believe in you even as you kill them, so Swap saying he can't believe in X!Chara hits *really* hard.

2:12 Ok, so, or he has seen the xgaster on the video, or he appeared there just when i blinked OR (and this is what i think that happened) that sans that we always see in this channel got throught the disbelief timeline, and after dying became an spirit and saw papyrus fight, thats why blue's words "i cant believe in you" hurt him, because maybe the things after dead cant be remembered that well by sans (or he cant remember timelines OR only can remember normal resets and cant remember erases nor true resets, but he still feels it)
