I mean, to be fair, if I was walking into the final boss's room and I suddenly hear... 'Patient status... fatally wounded. Survival chance... 0%. Public view... unauthorized. Current vitals: Registered dead.' I would be fuckin' terrified. Especially accompanied by 'Remember', 'Hello?', 'Pain', and 'Esper' occasionally, with that chorus in the background... and then Voice 5's noises... this would absolutely make a great soundtrack for a horror game, and you are absolutely right with your selections. The mix being the final boss works so well because it's a culmination of everything you've gotten past so far, standing right there in front of you, and now you need to get past them all at once. I like to imagine Voice 1 to be the final boss.
boss fight: The Malformed Patient. he’s basically a mash-up off all patient polos. has the face of effect 4, the alarm for melody 5, the disgusting fungi from beat 2, all combined together to form an amalgamation. attacks: painful shiver, memory infestation, red alert finisher: the operation. it has 2 types. 1. aimed attack. kills the player and that player respwawns as a fungi-infested beast, and if the other people in the team win, that player still cant come back. 2. large range attack. infests players with fungi, making them fight eachother for 25 seconds. also, if you are single player, the malformed patient will only use aimed attacks, and if you die, you die. you cant play the game anymore. hp: 55000 player hp: 25 nice idea👌
I find this mod to be really fascinating; as a fan of the horror genre this needs a big thumbs up. Though it’s horrendous seeing people trying to take this mod down despite the fact that there is a legit WARNING/DISCLAIMER about the content in said mod. Anyways keep up the good work can’t wait to see more! :D

Effect 4 genuinely scares me the most out of all of them. Something about how hopeless he looks when breathing gives me chills, so much that I moved my phone away when he did his whole beat drop shenanigans.
I'm happy to see people seeing the inner meaning of effect 4! The constant paranoia of loosing your life because you couldn't breathe anymore, glad you (liked) / noticed it!

I love how sinisterly calm Voice 1 is. He doesn’t sound insane or purposely trying to sound scary. He’s just a calm voice documenting and possibly making an audiotape for the research. But it’s just the calm and unfeeling tone he has in the process of reporting something what would otherwise be seen as a tragedy by most is what makes Voice 1 so unsettling.
I forgot what most of them were, but i'm pretty sure all of the sounds have backstories. But one I do remember is Voice 4 was a journalist and got her jaw melted off by a cultist.
Here's some of my suggestions and observations: - For Beat 1, try and incorporate subtle hi-hat and snap sounds rather than only a kick drum, which could also use some actual beatboxing. - Swap Beat 2 playing on time 1 with it playing on time 2, so it works more like a snare drum. - Both Beat 3 and Effect 3 are off-beat - Melody 1 is way too overpowering , and Melody 2 could use a soundfont change with less delay. - You could change the voice's color pallette, since it contrasts way too much with the rest of the sounds and doesn't fit the hospital theme in my opinion (grayscale and dark blue could be an option). The rest of categories are fine, although some polishing wouldn't harm. - Instead of both choirs (Voice 3 and 4) being plain synth sounds, you could try and search for a more natural-sounding sample. That is, unless you can actually sing. Keep in mind these are just suggestions, and you're free to choose wether to follow them or not. Another thing is polishing the animations, although this'll happen over time. This mod has a lot of potential, so don't despair!
Here's another suggestion I forgot to add: Melody 3 shouldn't play that often. While distorted piano chords work well with the theme, I feel like it'll be a lot better if it just played every two bars. A little more reverb would go well with it. Finally, wouldn't it be nice to have an ambulance siren sound? I know Melody 5 kind of has that function, but it'll add a lot to the ambience. Personally, I would replace Melody 4 with this proposal, mainly because it's hard to tell appart from Effect 1 due to them being basically the same distorted bass. As I've said earlier, this is mere constructive criticism.
I know it's just a polo, but I genuinely feel bad for Voice 4. The way her eyelids barely lift and the ooze dripping from her mouth or maybe that IS her mouth but half of it got melted down. Who knows what she might have gone through in that hospital?

The design are insanely good but it really is a shame that some of the beats aren’t synced Edit: nvm i just had to hear it longer But in any case this would make a fire horror game in a hospital
The fourth set sounds kind of hopeful, like they are saying, come on we can get through this. But it’s also twisted as the shrieking one roars to make them seem hopeless. Here’s an idea though. Maybe they could flinch when ever it is roaring.
This mod is amazing. Are you planning to make this a bigger saga? I'm a big horror fan. The odd sounds and interesting lore make this one of my favourite mods. Don't feel discouraged by the take downs, there's people who actually enjoy this. I hope to see bonus expanding the lore one day. Great work.
Green: An actually horrible doctor who tortured their patients, and their twisted creations Blue: an er doctor, trying his best to keep his patients alive, his equipment, a burn victim, someone dying from respiratory issues, and a victim of a car crash. Red: a psych ward doctor who went insane from spending so much time around his patients, and the patients who made him go insane Purple: a doctor who does his job as apathetically as possible, and the people who survived.
The green doctor must not do this on purpose because he must have a toxic gas that makes people crazy because he is all disheveled he must have gone crazy because of this gas and takes his own-

The way the beep sounded gave me chills but the mod is so good can't wait for the 3 bonus if you're gonna do those that is, and more horror incredibox mods are good once and awhile nice work on the mod
This mod is absolutely Jaw-breaking. It's been so long since I genuinely felt insecure and scared of something like this. I love this so much, may do a little fan-art, because God this is fabulous.
Some Potentially Useful Sound Advice Beats Add a bit of reverb to the kick. Make the fungus dude's snare have a bit more punch to it. Have somebody make Mr. Two-face acapella. Effects Change up the chained guy's design. Make the blood splattered around the punctures instead of streaming down. Melodies When [EXPUNGED] does that animation where he moves his head left, make his eyes dissapear instead going in a C shape, it will be more realistic. Make the fifth melody's brain wound bandaged, I think it sticks out too much. Also, make it bleed a little bit. Voices Make voice two's animation less jittery and choppy, you might already being fixing this though. Make the sides of voice four's jaw be connected to the sides of her mouth, like it's been sloppily re-attached. Make the animation for voice four's flesh dripping off of her jaw less fast and more minute, like maybe one drop drips down slowly instead of a ton at once quickly. This is all constructive criticism.
More thing: Idk for effect 4 but it will much better if he repeat his hold breath like in the last breathing Make melody 5 siren more glowy it will be very neat and it's gonna be more like lamp/siren Make voice 2 sound a bit louder like voice 1 used to do because when theres so many polo his sound can't be hearing
im not gonna lie to the creators, the mixing could be just a little bit better. some sounds drown out others. Also, i feel like there is a world being built here, but you and anyone else that is working on this mod arent really bulding upon it, just letting it sit. it would be really nice if you made bonuses to show why some of the polos are the way they are. either way, great mod, cant wait to see more!

Melody 1 and 5, is a nightmare fuel not gonna lie with eye balls inside of a hay moving with chilling sound and the one that has a hose in the mouth with horror cannibal sound
Alright, this is really good. I don't think you should change the designs one bit, but tune the sounds and animations a little better, and you're in business.

Very cool! But one thing you could improve is the animation. Exaggerate head movement a bit more. Also don’t make things to smooth. But overall nice mod!

I love how effective the premise of this mod is. If you’re like me and have a phobia of hospitals, medical doctors and the like… then you’d be thoroughly creeped out. This is me speaking as someone who’s been in and out of hospitals on at least two notable occasions
this really needs to be made into a standalone mod instead of a scratch project. its actually so frustrating to play on scratch because of the dinky ass report blocker just shutting down the whole page 90% of the time for just positioning your mouse is the wrong place. Plus the annoying warning timer that seems to get longer every day.
Unless there was some lore I didn't read, melody 2 seems to have a huge part of the lore, as if he was a sick person who did a lot of harm to others, possibly beat 5, effect 2, etc, and there is signs of cult behavior within most of the polos, seems like a sense of dread, hopelessness, like an apocalypse, and you can't even hope for help or survival. But hey, that's just a theory. A game the-
