Generational wealth has been a reoccurring word in my path. Financial literacy is vital; I’m learning because I don’t have it yet!! I listened to a book this evening about finances; it stated to invest the time to learn instead of paying someone to manage and/or teach you about finances. It’s in the books!! Another act that our people struggle with is reading.
The one thing that stood out on this episode was the fact that the majority of households don’t teach financial freedom. I was taught to save just because saving is good. We don’t teach what we don’t know. And it’s my fault as a parent. Thank you for opening my eyes.
