You might know this but you're using them incorrectly. The pliers have a long slot and a very short slot. You're using them correct to remove the swivel off the ball link but to put the swivel on the ball link put the short opening of the pliers under the ball. This prevents you from snapping past the ball and having the swivel under the ball link. :)

Are ball links now showing up more in OE fixed wing planes or are they more of a conversion still? Used them in my 450 class heli and have used the tool for some time.

Thanks for the demonstration. Will this tool also work with the ball links on the E-Flite Ultimate 2 biplane? I've been so frustrated trying to adjust those in the field that I've considered replacing all with standard clevis.
