My favorite thing to do is lie in bed with a heating pad on my back and my neck. And then cast this to my TV and watch then I'm instantly relaxed.then I pass right out within 15-minn to awaken 3 orr4 hours later its just awesome and is my favourite thing to do especially on Saturdays & Sundays cause im off work and found the best way to rest & relax in the whole 🌎 world thank you Rang, 😊❤❤❤😊
