I'm the Ephemeral Edge Trickster on top using Lightning Strike of Arcing. Just wanted to say that I also used Molten Strike for delve. It does a lot more damage and I wouldn't have reached that depth with Lightning Strike. I swapped to Lightning Strike for mapping and had that slotted in when poe ninja last fetched my character. It was one of the most fun builds I played. It could do most content and didn't need super crazy gear to get going (for an endgame build). It's worth mentioning though that it used some "phys taken as..." which won't be available next league. As most builds it will also lose a lot of power from the adorned nerf. I'm really interested to see how it will perform next league even though I won't play it myself.
@@daruthebeast It's not my build. I just copied the pob from one of the other guys. :D I think "BTvoidBT" was the first one i saw playing this crit version of the build. I was thinking about playing it again but the Zenith build looks so strong and fun. Maybe I'll change my mind if we can enchant the Ephemeral Edge mod. I'm curious what you and other people come up with this league.
@@Tzitzemine If I don't change my mind last second, I will start Ground Slam Berserker and transition into Conners Zenith build once I farmed some currency.
Keep in mind for these we know unique weapons cant be enchanted but still don't know which enchants are allowed on which weapon type base, or what the full list of enchants even is
You are a legend!!!, I love Delve, being doing this with Boneshatter in the last leagues, would get stuck at 800ish, hope to go deeeeper this league with Zenith.
Yeab but i will still start it into zenith later on. Looked at most melee starters and they are all somehow too clunky. I mean you could directly start MS but thats probably the worst thing you could do
As a SS Trickster enjoyer I love what might be possible this league but at the same time not being able to enjoy new Weapon Enchants might hurt. Potentially there is a Int Stacking angle with a Synth Weapon, if they can be rune enchanted
Coming back since a long time. Because of the detailed guides on rf i ended up playing it every time as league starter. I remember i tested some delve with it and liked it. Would love to play ur molten strike build, but i am pretty sure i would fuck it up...xD so maybe i start with rf and give ur molten strike a try later in league. I dont understand everything but still like ur content
@@rubikmonat6589 is that confirmed cause we can have double or quadruple annoint on items and uniques that shouldn't be annointable by default so that would be weird to block that and not annoint as they are 2 face of the same coin
Honestly, knowing that we're going timer league, Delving might actually be in the cards for a decent side activity this league for something else away from the Atlas
thanks for the great delve content! i know that in general, DoT builds struggle with deep delve due to DoT cap. how deep can a DoT build go and still play comfortably?
Probably better to have left out the armourstacker portion rather than showcasing someone elses PoB that you did not do any quality control on. Multiple flat out errors like not even having enough unreserved mana to cast the main skill and counting 12 magma balls while GMP is not one of the links. This among other choices that are probably sub-optimal, often substantially so. The maxhits are compared when the armourstacker PoB doesn't even have a guard skill up and zenith has immortal cry and max effect blood and sand. if they are both up or both down for both builds, then the maxhits become much more similar. I'm leaguestarting zenith btw.
Instead of Mulneir archmage could you try a poets pen archmage set up with with power siphon of archmage to get dmage scaling from two sources in stead of just the one? I pobd it last league and it looked like it could get there but i just dont have the experience or time to make it happen
What do you think about MS of the zenith energy blade trickster? i have pob with 200mln dps 150k max ele hit 95% evasion and thats without new bases. Phys max hit will suck tho.
That armour stacker pob is awful 46 mana cost of molten strike when you have 36 unreserved mana xdd you will need to make your skill cost 10-15 mana or you will be perma oom
Does it still work with molten strike that if you have 2 strike targets and you stand a bit away from the enemy you get the extra target hitting the enemy and you yourself hitting air so that you still get 2 sets of projectiles? I haven't played melee in years :D
I believe what he means by that is how good this build is on budget/leagestart, not what a budget is for this build. For example 1st build bonezone has budget 10, which means it performs very well on a budget.
@@adanir6080 I think he means to rate the build budget from 1 to 10, with 10 being the best investment-wise. Which makes the -infinity for a-stacker even dumber...
Hi Conner, How do you think the Inspiration and Battlemage's Cry changes will impact the mjolner ball lightning build? Will it even be able to sustain the mana cost?
when you take RF to its high end, its good delver too. unfortunatly boss dmg was too low, never killd the blue guy, only + - 1600 depth. it was really fun tho. my next upgrade at that time was the free aura amulet, so i could fit extra one, or better watchers eye for 50 div+
What about Battlemage's Cry "No longer grants a buff which boosts critical strike chance and allows attacks to benefit from increases to spell damage" ? (About no nerf on Zenith)
What's the Delve scaling in terms of drops / rewards? Meaning, is there an advantage in terms of div/h in doing e.g. 10k delve vs 5k delve? Assuming I can survive and kill as fast. Is there increased item quant? Or just more bosses?

How can you make currency in delve? Is it the drops from the delve bosses? Do you actually go for the fossil rooms? Is it the loot explosion at the end of a node encounter? Just curious. What is the main source of income?
