Great chat guys! Mapping is one of the things that only enhances the experience of the game, while also providing the players a piece of art they built together to contemplate afterwards. I really think something is lost when mapping isn't brought up to the table, particularly in modules like these...

BTW, great episode guys and a great discussion on the detox. Can't wait until Tuesday for the new episode! I remember a game when a player was like, "How much damage do I take?" the dm responds, "Roll 3d6, okay do it again. Do it for a total of 6 times". The player response, "I'm not rolling damage, am I?" I respond, "Nope, looks like you are rolling a new character." @4:16 Jon says, "I was looking at it and I was like there's no way to really telegraph this. I was waiting for you to tell me you step into the room and it just would have opened up, you know, and thats 3d6 right there." Nice use of the show title in the recap Jon. Pretty sure you did that purposefully. I'm on to you and your trickxy ways. OMG first? I love all 3d6 Down The Line videos! Why is it so trapped? The big score is right around the corner? Jon, does the module (lol it is not a 32 page module) explain why the areas are trapped? As well as other areas having lots of secret doors? Or is that for the characters to guess and try to deduce without an actual answer?
