There's a lot to love about this bag, over and above the quality: the color in contrast with the gold hardware is gorgeous, the four feet is a huge plus that you don't see anymore AND I love that there is one large section rather than two or three with dividers taking up room.

I have three Demellier bags and the Montreal is one I have on my list. I love their bags. They are very well made, the packaging is wonderful and the shipping is quick. I have found the bags hold a lot more than you would expect initially, since they don’t separate the interior with divides. I love this brand. They have regular sales too which is also great. Their prices are realistic and you get a lot of bag for the price.

I love the look of this bag and have been so close to buying this bag or the nano sized one but the few reviews I've seen say that the hardware gets a lot of fingerprint and scratches. Also that the smooth leather scratches. I'm so glad you got this bag and look forward to your review on its wear and tear.

I did a series of reviews on the mini Venice, mini Montreal, and Vancouver. I loved all of them, the mini Venice being my favorite but the smooth leather was stunning on the mini m, and I loved the taupe grey on the Vancouver.

Also another wonderful brand to try is Furla. Made in Italy. Been in business since 1927 and the craftsmanship is impeccable. I finally got my first bag the Metropolis in a beautiful cream. Just LOVE using it and love the look

I have the demelier vancouver. I love it. Great quality, reminds me so much of hermes Constance and celine box bag. I had a prob with strap which they replaced immediately. Great brand, great bags, love the ethical standards.

Great video. I had been searching for a video on this particular style and wanted to see the size and what it fit and you’re video delivered! This bag is going to be my next addition to my DeMellier collection. I have the Vancouver clutch and the Cannes bag. Both bags are perfect for going out to dinner or events. I also have the Milo’s card holder which is a perfect for small bags.

What do you think of the Louis Vuitton Empreinte Neverfull in Blue? My holy grail bag has always been the Neverfull Monogram MM, but I live in Montana and am not in proximity to an LV store to play the new “waitlist” game. I’m a teacher, so paying $2,800 for a bag is a stretch, so I want to make sure that I make a good decision when purchasing. I think the bag in blue is absolutely gorgeous, but am not sure if it is a good decision if it goes out of style or doesn’t wear well (I am crazy cautious with my bags). The monogram is tried and true, but it doesn’t look like I will be able to purchase it with the new policy. Should I wait to see if the monogram becomes available to purchase online again or should I go for the seasonal blue?

I love my pebbled Lausanne and Vancouver bags. Tried the smooth leather Montreal Nano, but was disappointed. Quality was not up to par and the leather felt super delicate. Seems the Montreal Midi is better, so hope you'll enjoy it for many years to come!

Minni, can you tell me how the width compares to the LV trunk? I would try to get a chain strap which I think would look better but how would it be against the hip. I bought the Vancouver crossbody bag in croc leather last year, but I ended up returning it. I was underwhelmed when I saw the quality of the bag. I don’t know exactly what it was about it that made it look and feel cheap in my opinion. I think a big part of it was the interior of the bag & I don’t think I really like the big hardware. I also think that maybe I shouldn’t have gotten it in the croc leather. I do like the style and color of your bag. It would be great if you could do a comparison between that bag and your Mayfair bag later on.

I bought the Vancouver in pebbled leather a couple months ago in this beautiful brown color. I stayed away from the smooth leather because of the potential for scratches. The Vancouver is much smaller in capacity compared to the Montreal. I’m really happy with the quality of the leather. My only concern is scratches on the hardware, but only time will tell. I’m curious to know if the placement of the d rings on the Montreal affects how it hangs when wearing it as a shoulder bag.

It does seem to lean a little forward when used on the shoulder with the strap but thankfully it doesn’t bounce around from side to side 😅 Their pebbled leather looks amazing!! 🙌🙌🙌♥️

Honestly I have been interested in this bag Demillier along with others for awhile. I decided to chance on them due to what they offer, the hardware being gold plated, lifetime repairs etc. But I was hesitant to try for I haven’t seen it in person and everyone online spoke highly of them. I chose to start off with a clutch that I liked which I found on sale to get a preview of their leather and was a bit disappointed. There was some glazing issues. I’m not sure if it was due to the color of the bag. Also, I wish they did a different color interior of the bag ,instead of just black, that would compliment the color of the bag. I feel the interior sort of cheapens the look of the bag and makes it harder to see inside. In terms of this bag, I do like it and came close to buying to give the brand another chance. However, the top handle is ridiculously small. I actually prefer the handle on the Chanel version you compared it to. It is also too big of a bag for it to sit comfortably on my person as a crossbody. Hence I didn’t think it would work with my lifestyle, so I never bought it. But I’m glad you like it and you had a better experience than I did. Please keep us updated on wear and tear! Great video!
