I am a carer in a care home and I look after some residents with pretty severe dementia. Sometime they can talk a bit and other times they are completely out of it - awake but non verbal and seemingly in a world of their own. I have felt that their souls are out of their bodies and either present in the room with me or in a different realm altogether. Also a lot of the residents tell me that they see their parents. The residents are almost 100 years old and their parents passed over many years ago but they will tell me that their mum or dad visited them. ❤ From now on I’ll talk to them as though they’re sat beside me fully awake and aware and address their soul rather than their physical body. 😇

Oh I am so sorry. But know you will when it comes to the final phase be the happiest person and be able to go to any place and be aware of it. Explain it to your loved ones so they will understand when the time comes. I wish you so much strength and love my darling xxxx

This is very true! My dad came through to me at a psychic evening about 8 months before he passed away! He said not to worry so much about him as he spends a lot of time in spirit with his family and that he loves it there. I was shocked at first too to find this out. But, felt comforted with this knowledge. Xx

20+ years ago I was telling my hospice patients’ families that I firmly believed that even when heir loved ones were not responsive, or had dementia, etc. that something is still going on in their spirits. I encouraged them to continue to talk to them and trust that the patient was aware on some level. I just knew that God was still working “behind the scenes.”

Hi Nicky my mum, shes 86 has lewis body dementia, shes in and out of it, most days she will sleep, but there are a few days when you will have a little bit of conversation, Its so hard to watch, she went quite rapidly, but has had dementia for 3 years. one minute she talked to me every week and suddenly it all stop, just so quick. I talk to her just as normal and talk about my day and whets been going on. It so hard, my mum was a very strong person and use to teach primary, she was always very chatty. I just found your videos and love them, been working my way through. Thank you 😀

Thank you! My mother-in-law has been suffering with dementia for three years. My father-in-law says that when I come to visit she is so happy for a couple days! I know her soul recognizes me and I just try to make her smile and laugh! This confirms what I have been thinking!

Thank you Nicky for this amazing insight. I know this is an old post but I wanted to hear what you and your Angels had to say about this. I took care of my mom with Alzheimer’s. She was a 1st grade teacher for 35 years, a smart lady who loved kids. My parents brought us up with metaphysical teachings. In fact after my Dad died in2000 from cancer she was so excited a month later her appeared before her to show her how he had his healthy 20 or 30 year old body back. She was so happy! But with the Alzheimer’s she didn’t talk a lot. But I knew she was in there. When she was in a facility, for fracturing her pelvic, when I visited her, she would tell me about her day with Dad. Or she would call me at work to be in a panic because she was supposed to meet Dad for lunch but couldn’t find her car. I Told her I talked to Dad and he had a last minute meeting to go to. I hated lying but it calmed her down. Thank you so much for confirming for me and sooo many others this beautiful message ❤️

This is so weird I just told a work colleague who’s mum has dementia last week that’s why she talks of passed loved ones in the present it’s because she spends her time over the other side with them 😃 on a lighter note I kept laughing at your wee dog snoring 💤 I thought it was my stomach at first 😂 loved this video Nicky it’s gonna help a lot of people 🤗💕

Hi Nicky. Thank you sooooo much for this video. I kniw its 3 years old but I've been looking for a confirmation about this as that's what I've believed since my sister has reached the end stage of Alzheimers. She is in a care home and cannot communicate in anyway. She very rarely throws out the odd random word. She has no control over her body in any way. It seems like she's just a shell. but the only thing she can do is eat when you feed her. When I'm with her I feel like she's out of body in the higher realms, heaven seeing loved ones. I have worried what if she's in pain and I'm wrong about this feeling but I'm so glad that I found your site and your video about it. I think I was definitely guided to you as i had never heard of you before until yesterday morning when your channel popped up on my RU-vid. Thank you. Big hugs and love to you Xx

i wish i knew this 7 yrs ago. my mum suffered from dementia for 18 yrs and it was a total heartbreak to see her getting worse and this would have given us great comfort..thankyou so much. now i know she was ok all along ❤

Omg Nicky Alan that was myself and my 2 daughters remember that reading like it was yesterday mum even told us to ask the nurses to turn her more often as she was aching and about her birthday do you remember my dad being the battery for her . It was a amazing experience and so comforting knowing my mums soul spent more time in the spirit world with my dad than just lying in the bed . Thank you with all our hearts for that day xxxxxx. The family are on my Facebook! Love it 😀

my great grandpa had it many years ago and he would crack me up because he would always ask me to let him out of his chair and he would call me like he was calling one of his horses. It was a horrible thing to go through and watch. He hung in for a long time and probably because of his wife. Big sigh. I love all who deal with this type of disease.

My dad had dementia. When he was close to passing and didn't really speak. I would talk to him like he understood bc I knew deep down his spirit/ soul really did understand. I wish I knew then what I know now about helping to correct the progression of the disease😢

I believe this 100% Nicky, i was in a coma a few years ago and while in the coma i was there when my husband came to say goodbye, i watched the nurse in the ICU crying listening on, but im one of the blessed ones that fought all the odds and im still here! 🙏 love your energy Nicky! Your an 😇 xxxx

This is just the best. I've seen so much of this in my nursing and its distressing at times thinking these people are going through such trauma. Its wonderful to know they living in their soul 🙏💜

Nicky I work with the Nursing homes in East berkshire helping when residents are at risk of malnutrition. I proudly work for the NHS. Most patients have dementia and irs something I've not had experience of. And as sad as it is, it fascinates me. I've had a lot of training but nothing prepares you for the face to face contact with someone who us suffering from this awfully sad illness. Thank you for this xxx

My father had that dementia and he would have good days an call me by my real name and then bad days and he called me George. It took me weeks to get the answer to George and who he was. They worked together for the army building those deep underground military bases back in 1950s and 60s. He was living in the past most of the time but he would come back to present day. He lived with that for about 15 or 17 years till he passed away.

This is so interesting 😊, as a support worker, and now a therapist, working in a complex care home , for people with mainly dementia, I've always said these people can take in more information, than we think , it's just ,there response is limited, so thank u for that confirmation ❤

An excellent video Nikki. My Mother had dementia and rarely spoke except for one afternoon I was sitting with her and I was yaking away when suddenly she started giggling like a little girl. I giggled too and said what is so funny dear? To which she replied, oh it is those little Cherubs playing at the end of my bed , oh baby they are so funny can you see them? My heart melted at this moment knowing the Angels were there with her.

After my mum passed my husband and i took my dad in. He was with us for nearly 10years, he had Dementia but died of stomach cancer due to excessive drinking which left him inebriated every day after a large bottle of whisky! Dad passed away and my husband then straightaway became unwell, he was diagnosed with Alzheimers and Vascular Dementia. It was overwhelming and I wasn't always as kind as I should have been with either dad or my late husband. The guilt I feel will remain with me for the rest of my time here on earth. It's 6 years now since my husband passed, he was 68. I pray they forgive me for sometimes being irritable and impatient, i always loved them 😢😢😢

It was a very challenging and complicated situation ( i had to care for my oldest daughter after a near fatal car accident, it left her with injuries that needed operating on i needed to care for her and move out and i wasn't allowed back as my other children accused me of deserting my husband even though I had arranged for my youngest daughter to keep an eye on him for me) My husband was manipulated by my youngest daughter. Anyway there's a lot more to that story but it was an awful experience, hell on earth! Cut off from everything no money, no place to live etc etc! I could write a book now I'm widowed!! Lol!! Sending you much love gratitude and respect for all you're doing for mankind Nicky. You're a real inspiration and a trooper!! 😊🙏 ❤️❤️❤️ Xxxx

Sorry I forgot to add that I think Karma became involved as my youngest daughter after causing so much distress was struck down with a brain tumour and had to undergo 11 hours of surgery in 2021. They couldn't remove it all. I helped her with her rehab, getting her to walk again etc etc. Then....8 months into rehab 2022 she was diagnosed with cancer!! I took her to Christies in Manchester a couple of weeks later for her radical operation as it was quite advanced. Anyway the whole challenging experience has brought us closer together although I find it hard to forget everything she did. Hey ho!! It's a tough old life ain't it!! I feel better for getting this off my chest so thankyou for bearing with me and being patient if you've read this Nicky. Big hugs and Love from me. ❤️❤️❤️ xxxx

( sorry pressed send by mistake and don’t know how to edit). …..feel his loved ones in the room. He was also talking to someone on one occasion when he could still speak. And when my dad was dying in hospital he kept looking at someone and putting his arm out as if to reach them. I feel the family were there waiting and comforting them both. Obviously I miss them all but knowing they are now fine and happy and still watching over the family is such a comfort.
