I trained with him like 14 years ago now lol. I didn't know he would be the best ever but he was smaller than me and threw my ass around. I was 5'9 160 pretty strong. Didn't matter lol and his kicks are so fast. He's exactly like this in real life.
Agreed. He’s super chill and comes off as a regular dude. He was also never boring in his fights. He just didn’t shit talk and pretty much had good relationship with every opponent lol.
Most consecutive title defenses. This mean that he was at the top of the hill and was consistently defended his throne 13 times in a row against the best fighters the world had to offer. He is the GOAT.
I was not into RSD when they revamped it because I liked seeing the personalities of Luke and BC shine and we can get to know them more which separated them from the competition. We love those two dirtbags. I hope they have more personal moments on the show or have a show like the old RSD But with interviews like Sean Brady, Chiesa, Emmet, and now DJ, I’ve turned a 180. I love this version of the show.
I’m actually happy DJ is not in the UFC anymore, he’s finally getting the appreciation he deserves. He’s such an underrated and fun interview to. BC and Chuck did great, love this series!
Anyone have any idea why MM feels he and Luke have a beef? Or does every fighter think they have beef with Luke? 😂 I feel like LT only speaks highly of MM.
I like RMS with Brian and Chuck. Luke is like the guy you hang out with that you have to do what he likes. Total buzz kill and you just find excuses to not hang out.
This was such a blast! By far the best episode out of the whole series. Please, keep Luke away from this segment, he's clearly not in his element doing these. No offense.
Their dynamic with BC works perfectly on a show. Just not for interviews. Luke is just too socially awkward and projects too much of neurotic energy, lol.
I and many others won’t be watching if Luke isn’t there so doubt this segment lasts long without him. BC is great balance with Luke but BC knows nothing about MMA so having him without Luke just makes the show silly
@@done1961 If you’ve followed him for a while, it’s not a secret that Luke doesn’t enjoy doing interviews. Someone like Chuck is equally knowledgeable but considerably more affable for guests. I love Luke, listened to him since 2013, but this has never been his strong suit.
DJ Geje Eustaquaio Kairat Ahkmetov Adriano Moraes TJ Cruz Yan Aljamain Corey Aldo Marlon Sergio Pettis Kyoji Patchy Mix Darrion Caldwell Juan Archuleta Henry Cejudo Yeah 135 lbs world wide is deep as fuck lol
How the heck do you guys keep finding the best guests for this show? A lot of fighters are cringe and sensitive but you guys pick the best fighters that are down to earth and give fun interviews. The set and everything is so good. It reminds me of an old sitcom.
Demetrious is a REAL "martial artist ", an amazing human being, has had incredible experiences and success, is a very engaging, underrated interviewee whose stock in every regard is spiking in a good way ( hey UFC? This is how you promote the smaller guys! Take friggin notes! ), surging in fan acquisition, plus he does a flawless Cejudo impression. Speaking of DJ and Triple C? They're both incredible athletes and coaches. Give Cejudo his flowers as a coach, right now.
The way he describes Jones is perfect a lot of guys only practice new shit in sparring because you have to take a fight serious but Jones was fucking people up so easily he started to treat it like sparring
His reaction to Rotang dancing and taking his time is the reason why new audiences don’t like to watch Muay Thai , the Wai Kru. “WOULD YOU HURRY THE FUCK UP !!” 😂
13:23 The creator of that game is based. Back in like 2013 or something when Heroes of the Storm was in beta or something, I was listening to an interview with a Blizzard employee and he was talking about how Blizzard wasn't going to focus on Starcraft 2 as an esport because Heroes of the Storm would be Blizzard's esport. Really stupid of a game company to give up on an actual esport and try to force something to be an esport.
If you know who rodtang is but not this man who is always in the discussion for the goat, you’re not even a casual. You probably never watched a single fight of mma
