Accept it, don't fight it, just allow it to be there and feel it, because its coming up to be FELT and released from your system, and when you FEEL it, and allow it to be there, eventually it will subside and you will come out of it a little brighter, happier and more balanced. It might take ten times.... It might take a hundred. But the human spirit is incredibly resilient, and you will heal, just have the courage to feel what needs to be felt. 💜hope this helps anyone who is suffering today xx

Oh when he is talking about his struggles and overcoming them he makes himself as small as he can, you can see how much it gets to him and its like his own way to cope! I'm so glad he has overcome the majority of the things he was pushed into, he will always have those memories in the back of his head but he is so much stronger and getting back into what he loves his way for himself and his beautiful wife!

I'm in shock and so pleased of how wise and mature Justin has become. I don't prefer to use the word role model but for sure both of theirs and a lot of other people who struggled and overcame their obstacles are truly inspirational people. More power to them.
