Aletheia (ἀλήθεια) in simple terms is truth or disclosure in philosophy.
It is, the nature of disclosure or revealing. In its unique sense however, it comes ‘before’ truth.
It’s nature is pre truth, or something that has a presence but has not yet reached truth.
It is in doing so it becomes the background from which meaning emerges.
