@@casperbawol I think samples have to be 44.100 16-bit files. Your files are either different sample rate or bit depth. Please check with your Wave editor of choice.
This video left me with more questions than answers. First of all, I don't even understand what I just saw. Secondly, I thought you were never supposed to insert an sd card into an SP when it's on. Thirdly, my SP-404sx doesn't even have an sd card that you can just insert like that. I have to press on both sides of this slide-y thing and pull it out, that holds the sd card, then I have to put it back in.
What you are seeing is the single greatest reason to get an SP 404SX over the original model. :D Importing sounds from your computer straight to your SD card, trimming and previewing, setting mark points that work inside the hardware... It's absolutely game-changing. Obviously he has the SD card cover off of the SP-404SX when he inserted the card, and you can absolutely take out and insert the SD card while it's on.
I have bank robber open and my sd from the sp404 being read by my mac through an adapter. I can't get the samples to show up as pads like you have here...can't get them to open in bank robber at all, actually. Any tips/help to get started? Not sure what I'm missing and it's hard to find instructions anywhere!
yo dude. so whats happening with Bankrobber?!? i only just heard about it (and played with) today, but now i see theres been no news or updates in a over a year?! is this project dead??
