Hi and thanks for your interest. Yes you certainly can use an audio interface, if your iPad or iPhone has a USB-C connector then it will work with any USB-C audio interface (and if not there are still options)! We wrote a blog about this previously, take a look here: songzap.app/on-test-ios-audio-interfaces/
Ok, you are calling this a masterclass but again not showing what icons you are pushing to get to where you want to be, we are just watching the guy record a song without really being shown how to use the app.
Songzap is really easy to use, you can just experiment, try things, don’t worry about the results initially. In a short amount of time you’ll easily learn which buttons do what - there aren’t many button in comparison to other music software, so it won’t take long. Just relax, take it easy and have fun with it. But maybe start with some of the most basic features - linear recording and mixing. We have loads of tutorials and videos on each feature at our website, and learning a new skill takes time and commitment. You can email us with questions and give constructive feedback, we’re here to help. And we’re confident that anyone can learn Songzap in a short space of time.
