Not sure if it was the music or the subwoofer but seems like it is just a one-note wonder. Wish there was a good-sounding sub that I could point people to who are on a budget
Wow nice but when are you guys coming out with the 18" version I only run 18s? Still the 15 is nice but I would love you guys to step up the destroyer and build an 18" with a bigger optionable 8" carbon fiber dust cap.
This box unloads very quickly as frequency falls. This box should be redesigned. Db16 will bottom this sub out without problem if even a few hertz below the port tuning.
Hay I kind of like these but I've seen bad reviews on the dust cap. Can there be an optionabal bigger carbon fiber dust cap you guys can charge extra but alot of people would pay extra for one.
the dustcap is just fine unless to feel the need to stand on your subwoofer or punch the dustcap , once its creased from a extreme amount of weight or stupidly beating the dustcap then the cap gets weaker and can seem flimsy , but really you have to abuse your subwoofer improperly against something to crease it in the first place , under normal play you would never hurt the cap . i have a video somewhere i should upload tho its gonna piss people off cuz i tested a few dustcaps , a american bass , skar , DD and a sundown cap which cut me when my thumb smashed threw it and the strongest cap was the rockville destroyers out of the caps i grabbed ..... lol !
No.....mine hasn't. 6 months of straight brutal pounding lol and never even get warm...I think rockville step there game up with the destroyer....check my videos of my two 12in D2s in custom box
This exact same setup. Db16 Rockville box and 12 destroyer.... Destroyed itself and I've been waiting on Rockville to send me a recone kit for almost a year now.

that sounds like shit ! for almost $700 the mirror should fall off the windshield . if you want to be laughed at show up to any and i do mean any spl show with this or any smokeville junk.
