Hello sir. Today I am trying to make cafe caffino cake. I am doing icing first time in my life.sir while doing icing on the last layer of the cake my cream become more softer then before.....pls tell why this happens? what I have done wrong? my cream start falling from palate knife..pls pls tell me where I have done wrong?

In india only you will get different flavour of Essence & crush ...in my area i only get vanilla, Orange, & almond ...rest how to make indian flavour without these 2 major component ???
