Today I'll be trying Democracy 4, this is a new strategy game / sim in early access so I'll show off some gameplay playing as the United Kingdom. How will I do as Prime Minister? I predict very well....

I played this as the UK too. Brought poverty down. Crime went right down. Unemployment fell. Health went up. Education went up. GDP rose substantially. Ran a surplus and decreased taxes. Got voted out in favour of a more left-wing party. Amazing.

'Double O Seven, your next assignment's goal is to infiltrate Greece disguised as a Greek God and debate this Turkish guy, also you have to change this symbol on Hagia Sophia, the end goal is reforming the city of Sparta as an empire and fixing the Greek economy.' Alex Bond: 'Well, i couldn't handle those arguments, but i helped this old lady and brought her cat off the roof. Pretty sure this goes a long way, the lady will be nicer to kids who will grow up to be nice people and surely try their best in electing someone looking for their best interests so here, i fixed it.'

@@noneofyourbusiness9489 He wasn't totally serious about it. And careful at first. But everytime he needed money for some fancy policies and campaign, his gaze turned back to the army. I doubt the game has many external mechanics to punish you for that. But yes, the US has certainly room on that in effiency (ending the ridiculous competition and double development between branches) and slightly more moderate new hardware reducing insane development and maintainance costs. You would probably hardly notice just a few tens of millions saved here and there.
