Lets be honest, antagonist doesn't mean villain, the Auditor is a good guy, Hank did defend himself, but he shot a random dancer who was minding his own buisness, admitted he had fun killing everyone, then hunted the Sheriff, he honestly didnt have to confront him, he could have turned himself in, Or just avoided fighting entirely, the Auditor just simply wants to stop a powerful criminal thats all.
