Artisan Era bands always bring something special to the scene. Jack is an amazing drummer and everyone/thing else on the record makes it feel a little cruel that the EP is only roughly 18 minutes
I agree to a degree, but it's such a punishing sprint of an album that the 17 min time commitment is an easy call to make to make those 17 minutes super fucking awesome.
Anytime i see drummers like this.. i always know that even if i attempted to do the first 3 seconds. i'd be slumped over on the floor exhausted and arms unable to move.. then to think they do this for an entire set/concert, and are able to still walk off that stage at the end like a god rather than slumped over like Quasimodo and unable to grasp anything, not even a drink like I would after just 1 song, amazes me ;P
Who is this guy and why haven't I heard of him? This is so unreal I'm actually speechless. I've never seen such technicality in metal drumming ever in my life. Like I thought Inferi's drummer is ridiculous (I still do) but this guy takes fill technicality to a whole new level. The crazy thing is this song isn't even that fast (I'm guessing between 220 and 240bpm) but it's the sheer amount of shit happening all at once that's truly awe inspiring. What the fuck just happened? 😂
I almost didn't check this band out coz I thought they'd be power metal(judging by the name) SOOOOO FUCKING GLAD I DID CHECK THEM OUT! Every track is a power house performance, can't wait for your next release
I was drunk a few minute ago. I'm quite sober -ish now. What demon fuggery did I just watch... My brain's on fire. This is Demonic sorcery, plain and simple! this is why I love Demon King 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I was wondering where Jack went. All i knew is he left INFERI during the production or Revenant l believe. Now i know where to look for some sick drums.
Jack lent his drum services for this EP, but he won’t be continuing with us for future releases. He plays drums for a bunch of black metal bands though.. such as Skáphe, Chaos Moon, and Entheogen... if you’d like to follow him.
What kind of trigger pads are those? Never seen any like that where you can overlay them on top of your real drums and still get the feel of a real kit.
@@DemonKingOFFICIAL Not hating. Perhaps the frame rate of the video makes it seem like it to my eyes. Saw the same thing in one of Lord Marco's RoS videos.
