Sub > dub by the largest of margins, not even close, if you only watch the dub you’re truly missing the real deal

All these voices are great. Shinobu's is fine but once you heard the original, feels like theres no one else capable enough to reach the level of voice/voice acting as the original.

So nobody is going to talk about how well Zach Aguilar (Tanjiro) is in his voice acting. Literally his screams are so good especially in the movie . The dialogue of "you have to fight " and the scream of Tanjiro saying "Rengouku" when he was stuck in the he fire tornado is so good. I can't believe that there are people in the world who say that dub is trash without even seeing the dubbed version

Ventis VA voices Shinobu?!? I can’t unhear it now

My thoughts: -I've heard Kyojuro's VA before, but I can't remember where. Perfect voice, though. It fits very well with his character. -Tengen's VA has a bit of flair to it. Works with both his build and personality. -I've heard Kira Buckland before; she tends to voice younger, kinder girls, and I have faith in her here. -Crispin Freeman has a _range_ on him and I'm so glad they picked him for Gyomei. He did Winston in Overwatch and Alucard in Hellsing Ultimate. He's one of the big names. -Muichiro is a 14-year-old kid and one of my favorite pillars. His voice is spot-on. The VA has already made me cry with his work in Anohana. My expectations are pretty high. -I've never heard Iguro's VA before, but his voice "sounds" kind of like a snake. Good enough for me; nice touch! -I've never heard Sanemi's VA voice any "wild" characters before, but I love the way he sounds here. -Of course, Johnny Young Bosch, the voice of Lelouch, is welcome anywhere he pleases, especially since he recently finished with MHA when he played the main villain of the newest movie. -I haven't heard Shinobu's VA recently, but she has this tone that is both angry and cheerful; I feel that sums up Shinobu very well. Hey, Demon Slayer's dub is really impressive; I'm glad they pulled out the big guns when it comes to the Twelve Pillars.

Nice to see Crispin Freeman sound different from his usual tough badass type roles (Shizuo Heiwajima, Tsume, Holland Novak, Itachi Unchia) and I don’t think I have heard him use a voice like this since I My Me Strawberry Eggs! And always a pleasure to see him in a dub. I kinda predicted Griffin would join the cast at some point. Also I think this is his first union dub. Erik Scott’s voice here actually sounds a bit like his Inugami voice from Nura Rise of the yo Kai clan.
