anyways so uh I do wanna say that i know that google translate isn’t very accurate but that’s why I made this google translate gives some funny results and that was the point of the video so yea also some characters like Tanjiro and Nezuko didn’t come up with anything which is why I didn’t include them. So yea. also if you want to see something like this with a different anime then just reply if you get a heart I might do it cause I want to try making these again
Actually, I know something pretty interesting about Nezuko’s name. So, as far as I know, Japanese names are made up of words that, when combined, makes the name’s meaning. The suffix, ‘Ko,’ means child. So, for example, Hanako means flower child and Tsukiko means moon child. Knowing this, I decided to take a look, using Google translate mind you, to see what Nezuko’s name does mean. According to Google, Nezu translates to, ‘don’t sleep.’ That means that the character who’s entire energy supply is based off of sleep is named Don’t Sleep Child.
for those who DONT KNOW, Nezuko's name means Mameko, which then means Beanchild. Kamado means stove. so Nezukos name is Beanchild Stove. congrats, you have been informed on the toppest of secretes.
Nezuko also means Sleeping Child which kinda fits her lol By the way the Kanji for Daki is堕姫which is fallen princess in Japanese(Japaness can have many different name meanings depending on the Kanji)

I actually know that Aoi’s name means blue cuz of Naruto’s blue bird opening it’s like : *aoi aoi anno soraaaaaaa* and it’s meanings are just 🥲🥲 Edit: zayum didn’t expect this amount of likes ty
if you write the word Aoi as “青い”, it does mean the adjective "blue" but if you write Aoi as “葵”, which is the case in Demon Slayer, it means the noun "sunflower", though you can also pronounce the Kanji “葵” as “Himawari” for the more specific use to call the plant instead of a person's given name. and I know, Boruto's sister does have the name Himawari, so we can say she is, hmm, a more "literal" sunflower.
Overuse book lmao 💀 Opening of school Miserable Contribution Money Wilderness Your name Giant tree The side that does not die ( true lmao ) I can't- and i always thought Aoi is supposed to mean blue
Imagine you walking on a Japanese street and you hear them say “WE NEED MORE ZENITSU!!!” And you thought you would work for them because you think that they mean we need more zenitsu’s in demon slayer but what they actually mean was money lol
Some random sentences that I thought(They are bad lol): “Ayo can someone give me a Daki??” “Drop some Zenitsu, dropping all my Zenitsu” “I love my Obanai” “What’s Gyomei?”
* Some side characters being in the video * The Main Characters (Nezuko and Tanjro): Maybe im not even here im just hulucination Btw: i love this it was funny it made my oldest sister laugh and she dosent laugh often

Lol shinazugawa’s translation was “the side that does it die” which is fitting cuz he was one of the 2 remaining hasira besides giyuu and his brother died
Rui Kind Um, who made the show? I’d like to have a word about how Rui was the complete opposite LIKE BRUH he killed his entire family, makes the father spider demon abuse the mother one and he kills his demon family!
Some words in Japanese have different tones, (therefore they're also represented by different kanji) though they're spelled the same in Roman letters. Some translations might be inaccurate. For example, sumi has another meaning in Japanese; it also means rest of a day off, like when you say good night, it's "oyasuminasai."
did yall know that if u translate "enmu" (the lower 1 from the mugen train movie) from japanese to english its gonna come out as "yume" and if u translate "yume" from japanese to english it means dreams, wich honesty makes alot of sense 😳👌
