It would have been awesome if he was the one that that let the Hashiras know it's Muzan. He was the only one that saw him in his current form (Himejima had good indication tho), it would have been even better
Gyomei is built different. Everyone else cuts demon heads, but gyomei just explodes them into pieces. Added bonus that it was Muzan's, the strongest demon. GOATMEI #1

1st movie will cover :- shinobu vs douma, akaza vs giyuu and tanjiro, zenitsu vs kaigaku. 2nd movie :- douma vs inosuke and kanao, nakime vs iguro and mitsuri, and the final battle of infinity castle Kokushibo vs Gyomei, Sanemi, Genya and muichiro. 3rd movie will cover the final arc sunrise countdown.
Master has foresight like how Tanjero has smell. The Masters never needed guards because they can foresee. Which is why Muzan found out where he is…master let him. He was dying soon so he set off the training and everything because he was out of time and saw this was the best he could do. He could only see to his death which is why Muzan had a Trump card that he didn’t see coming.
