The strongest hashira show up 🥶🥶

There are so many interesting parallels between Muzan and Kagaya Ubuyashiki that I loved during this episode (and also throughout the whole series): 1. Both suffered from an illness that could shorten their lives, but each reacted to it in completely different ways: Muzan began to fear death and seek immortality, while Kagaya began to value life and also seek immortality, albeit in a very different sense and way! 2. Although they both come from the same clan, have similar backstories, and are leaders of their own respective groups, they can't be any more different honestly: Kagaya has the love and respect of his Hashira, while Muzan has the fear of his demons. 3. It's sad but very interesting how Ubuyashiki clan had to pay for Muzan's sins. Muzan, the evil, lived an easy life for thousands of years, while his innocent descendants had to pay instead of him. A cruel, unfair fate. 4. I love how Kagaya basically told Muzan, "your death would change everything, and mine wouldn't. lmao." 5. Interesting how the opening for this season is Kagaya's POV and ending is Muzan's, though even the ending still has some of Kagaya's way of thinking in it "the light that will eventually rule the sky." Even in the realm of evil, good still wins eventually. 6. I hate/love how Muzan, despite having a natural disease, ended up living for THOUSANDS OF YEARS and yet he was STILL greedy about living! Like, Muzan, dear... Kagaya only lived for 23 years and he wasn't even slightly obsessed with surviving. Guess Muzan x Survival is the most canon ship ever.
