Daki lived even tho she got decapitated because Daki and Gyutaro share the same body(even tho they can seperate), so you have to decapitate the siblings at the same time. Kokushibou and Akaza live without their heads cause they overcame death by decapitation.

The reason Daki did not die is due to her and her brothers head needing to be chopped off at the same time (or at least that happened in the manga)
