Andrew, First off thanks for your design. I have been working on a project that provides a way to connect objects to pco-1880 and pco-1881 water bottles. I was successful in getting the 1880 thread to work, however the 1881 standard is a giving me a hard time. when I print your 1881 example the nut fits very loose and threads don't mesh. What are the dimensions you used(width, height, and pitch). What are the dimensions of the nut after you print it. Thanks
Andrew Cross, I did review you link. To be honest it was above my level of understanding. I tried the nut on the older water bottle 1880 and it fit perfectly. Also tried it on 2 liter soda bottles and it fit as well. I believe they are all 1880. Can you send me a pic of your nut on a pco 1880 water bottle please. Thanks
