Demonstration of an R shiny app to tag features in oceanographic data 

This is part of a package I'm working on that is named ocetag. Although the package is still in the early phases of development, it is starting to become stable enough for cautious use. Most of the package is frame in R functions to do various tasks, and that's how I'll be using it over the next few weeks. But here I demonstrate a sort of proof-of-concept, using a GUI interface to do function calls. I show how to tag points in a CTD profile, and also how to add notes. The tags and notes get stored in an sqlite database. I've made tools to combine databases from various analysts, but these are not part of the package yet.
