Demonstrations on how to operate a Hydraulic Press Brake. Doing settings on the machine to form a radius shape on the metal plate and to bend the metal plate to form a square shape.
You know, most companies and businesses involved with CNC machinery would at the very least train you up in terms of setting dies and punches, the variety of metals used, the fine detail involved in terms of angle allowance (1 degree under/over tolerance for most), the use of callipers for metal thickness, bend lengths, checking angles with a protractor. Screw it, just eyeball it with a pencil and call it a day!
They had it scribed. Some one already did the measurements for it that why the piece came out as planned. This is an tutorial on the press break not the whole of machining
Wearing gloves while running machines are a great way to lose hands! Saw a few fingers and an arm come off from gloves getting stuck in machines and the people's hands got sucked in. Nope. I'll take the papercuts.
Not wearing gloves is a rookie mistake. That's why you pay attention to what your doing and keep your hands away from moving objects 🤦♂️most that complain are why warehouses have saftey meetings
I'm a beginner at machining and I know that he hit the square bend twice cause it wasn't completely squared, you guys are hater because he perfectly bent the piece without an step back stop and he's black
@@MrDarknightkiller 😆 Seems like you're a beginner at a lot of things... but conveniently you already know everything so I won't bother educating you. Also, you're a racist piece of crap.
This is ridiculous! This guy doesn’t know anything about forming. First of all, you have to calculate what punch and die to use. Without going into all the steps that aren’t shown, at least he should be checking to make sure it fits the template ( not even close). Then he should at least check to be sure it’s 90 degrees!
