Okay, if at all possible, for a couple days, you should be a total depressed slob and do all of the low effort stuff you enjoy, leaning on whatever friends and support you still have. Eat enough, drink enough, sleep enough, exercise, and find a therapist. You might not think it'll help, but it will. Try to work through what feels bad, rather than avoiding it, but don't feel guilty about anything that you need. Good luck, man.
