I believe after centuries of farming and agricultural impacting our environment and our abilities to both negatively and positively impact our environment. Glad to see these ideas are catching on.

So is the hay being harvested differently? Is there a machine that only cuts the top 40% so that the optimal amount of root and grass cover are left? One could then briefly mob graze with horses to knock down and eat 5% of the remainder...
