I hope Nino’s idea of discipline being sent off duty to run sani or some other legal job for the city or PD for an equivalent time a crim goes to jail for breaking the law gets discussed and introduced. If it’s something like inarticulation in court, retraining. If it’s a dap just make sure em work as civ. if it’s major and consistent and needs to be considered firing offense give it to marshals to investigate.
I think she may do well as chief, but just hope she has it in her to put people in their place when needed, because I think that was missing before apart from Ruth, she was ruthless, maybe a bit much what I think it should’ve been, maybe that’s what’s needed now.. ?
