Yes, the dual B6 kit comes with a wiring adapter that makes this process identical to a single B6.

Hi I have the ktm 790 adventure and know the B6 is not supported by cansmart so do I have to do the same? If so have you installed a B6 on this bike and which wires are which. Or is there a pigtail I can purchase

TwistedThrottle.com sorry bit confused. It's states the Ktm cansmart doesn't work for the B6 on this model.

@@nigelspoljaric8363 Yes, sorry! for that model, the B6 is not supported. You do need to wire in using the posi-taps, similar to the way the AfricaTwin is done in this video. Use a volt-meter on your bike to confirm which wire is which.
