Link Pack's Automatic Plastic Denester, Filler, and Lidder is a complete filling line designed to streamline production lines by seamlessly feeding your filler conveyor.
The destacker eliminates the need for manual container handling for an even and constant flow toward the filling unit. The liquid filler can also be replaced by an auger filler or a combination scale for powdered or granular products.
The lidding unit provides the ability to quickly & manually adjust the height of the entire depositing & lidding unit as the lid sizes.
Size changeovers on the denesting unit are also quicker and easier thanks to manual adjustments rather than bulky preset container size denester heads - save time and maximize productivity!
The destacker and lidders are manufactured as stand-alone machines and can be customized for integration into your current production line.
