You can usually tell how good a series is by the OST. If that applies to this song, then HS & DS must be damn good. That'll be my next conquest after Return of the Condor Hero.
I like this Zhao Min. She is so beautiful and her acting is superb. Lol though i don't like Wuji in all versions except 1986 and 2019. The Min mins over the years are pretty good.
1986 version is legend. Close to novel and Wuji is close to what he should be. 2003 is close to novel too story wise. Though I love the actor. His Wuji is still missing some element. 2019 is THE BEST Wuji. Best Wuji and min min relationship portrayal. Story is off in some character portrayal. 2009 is stomach churning sick...not in a good way. He is the worst Wuji and the girls...wow I usually can tolerate if not like the maid. But in this version the maid is untolerable
@@saverg9769 how is this the worst if this closely follow the novel? Wuji19 still go wishy washy even after his marriage is interrupted. He cant even speak up defending zhao min in shaolin. Wuji09 and the novel makes it clear right after the cancelled marriage if he loves zhao min most. Wuji19 really dont know who he will choose, wuji09, even tho he loves zhao min most, dreamed to marry all 4 of his harem (i dont think any other wuji is this bold), its like word per word rendition of the novel.
@@VylonDelta I have to be honest. I haven't read the book fully yet. But from the series and versions info.. Wuji is a lost and navies boy who is kind. He treat people with kindness & respect because of his history. He doesn't discriminate against anyone because his parents where discriminated and forced to suicide cuz of discrimination. You have to remember he lived most of his life ALONE. first on an island with only 3 people. 2 of the 3 people are considered "evil" by society. But to him they are unconditional love and wonderful people. ALL the ming cult people who he encounter are virtuous despite what people say. He came into society for just a short time before he was isolated again at the doctor cottage. THEN spend another 5 years in the mountain alone with a monkey. So he has NO social skills. Is ignorant of Wulin society. Yet suddenly he is thrown into the center stage when he was forced to become chief of Ming cult with all this obligations, duties and high expectations...etc (He does a lot of things because he want to please people. He want to do the "right" thing cuz he doesn't know what the "right thing is...he want to fit in. So he looks to others and allow them to dictate his decision until near the end he realize and become his own man) 2019 Wuji makes sense because he is smart but naive, innocent and lost at the same time. Most other version of Wuji he is way too clever (about people and society) and manipulative to be someone who just basically came out of the woods. This version of Wuji is far from naive and innocent. He doesn't look the type. Maybe just a bad actor. Also, he is such a womanizer in this version. He doesn't seem sincere enough. I guess for most perverts who dream of being the lucky guy to deserve a harem. They don't care about his character personality. Just that he is "the man" with all the lucks;) A series can follow its book but it doesn't mean the actors and actresses and screen writers can do justice to the characters.
@@saverg9769 Well i used to think like that too. But my opinion changed after i read the novel. Mind you, i only read the novel after i watched 95 till 2019 version. After watching so many different adaptation, i became curious, which one story is more true to the book? You can read the translation at wuxiasociety. Not saying any one adaptation is better than the others (when introducing hsds to my friend i also use 2019 bcoz its easy to the eyes, 09 only has 360p). But 09 has many events and dialogue that just copied the novel, 2019 start diverging after they come back from snake island. My favorite chara is zhao min, in 19 they just make her be deadweight and saved by wuji everytime. Even tho in novel and 09 she saved his life at least 3 times after snake land. They save and need each other.

The worst Wuji ever. The GIRLS (min is not bad) are so sicken! They are tolerable in most version but this version is stomach churning. Especially the maid. She is likeable if not tolerable in most version. But this one. She is sickening.
