I was denied as well last February 2020. And may kulang akong document na hindi nasubmit. However, March 2020 nagdeclare ng pandemic at narefund ko yung ticket.😀 Fastforward this year I got my multiple entry visa for USA and Japan.🫶🏻 Still planning to visit SK one day. 😉
I apply south Korea tourist Visa and I submitted all documents Visa categories step by step but they denied my Visa just saying point no 7 your purpose of entry has not been explained but I already mentioned covering letter 🎉

Hello po! Wala man hinuoy notice gi-post ang embassy pero daghan na kaayo applicants that time (when we applied) na wala gidawat sa taga Cebu ilang applications kay taga Mindanao sila. Like gitravel jud nila for walk in ang Cebu Korean embassy pero wala gyud daw gidawat. Cguro tungod sa ka daghan na guro naka tambak na applications. Huhu. Pero karon pwde man ka mag email sa ilaha sa embassy also mag call, para maka ask ka also to make sure na kung pwde ba jud or dili. 😁 Also medyo luag2 napod ang number of PH tourists cguro sa SK karon hehe
Kuwa ka na lng ng d.t.i. at mayor's permit, mas ok kumpleto ka ka documents kasi need yan sa pag apply ng visa sa korea and sa immigration. Hnd pwdng may pera ka lang.

Individual contractor po ako sa isang US SaaS company (I'm a customer success manager), direct hire so I work from home. Di ko po kasi sure if ung VISA application ko would be for an employed individual dahil wala kaming COE, I can request though. In terms of ITR di rin naman sila nagbabawas ng tax. My team manager, also pinoy, advised na magregister nlng ng business so I'll have ITR. My question is what type of VISA application ung dapat kong gawin. Is it employed or ung business owner? @@di_caluceridk if you already got your answer but your ITR should be 'employed' not business. It's more complicated if you pay taxes business rather than paying taxes as someone employed. I'm also an independent contractor and I file 1701A form which is ITR for professionals.
Its because maraming Pilipino na nag tnt or in other words illegally overstaying in other well-economic countries such as South Korea. You can't blame them cuz its their country and they have the right to protect their nation against illegal immigrants. Kaya nga dapat we Filipinos should play fair at wag abusuhin ang privilege to travel abroad as a tourist sa ibang bansa pero maghahanap pala ng trabaho without proper documentation.

@@justminae681oo pwede. Ako noon, 60k plus lang laman ng bank account ko kasi kakagaling ko lang ng Japan. Siguro dahil sa Japan Visa ko kaya ako naapprove. Tapos nakita nila sa bank statement na may movements.
Too early nga september for visa application kung december flight mo. Kami noon, 24 december flight namin, nag-apply kami mga last week ng november. Approved naman. Tapos show money ko noon, like around 60k plus lang kasi nagjapan ako nang october that year. Siguro naging plus points yung used japan visa ko.
I was denied din ata Sept-Oct , I have the same denial reason, which I felt baka lasing ung consul or talagang tanga lang magbasa hehe, I've been travelling a lot before complete naman lahat ng requirements, I even presented my valid US Visa and other schengen visa , dami din nagtaka nung na denied ako, bakit ganun, siguro need nila ata isa isahin mo ung gagawin mo dun. Do not underestimate the power of a cover letter. It's one helluva document that can make or break your application. Sa cover letter nyo ieexplain na wala kayong ibang intensions kundi magbakasyon.

No they cant, currently Korea is No.1 visitor to philippines if they need visa to philippines, they will just change their destination. almost everywhere in the world is visa free for Korean people, and Philipphines will lose almost 1/4 of their income in tourism.

We had the same experience nag apply kmi last nov sa manila and we got denied, same reason po tayu, pero ang confusing lng kasi 2nd time na sana namin to korea 1st was last 2019, so we really had high hopes na approved kami. But we applied again nung february sa Cebu kami nag apply and luckily na approved kmi multiple entry pa.
Baka siguro po nung time na nag reapply kayo (1st attempt) nasa point yung embassy na i-limit muna yung PH tourists sa SK. By the time you reapplied for the 2nd time, medyo maluwag na yung number of PH tourists doon so probably kaya na grant na po yung visa nyo and ME pa. Congrats po! 😊
Hi....I have a small advice : If you decide to talk along your video in other language than English will be better to add the name of your video to be in that language and not in English . Because many of the people who search things on the RU-vid will search using key word in English , but when they find your videos will understand nothing if you speak in other language but not 100% English .

All airlines is rebookable po. Non rebookable depends normally to your flight date to your rebooking date. Normally 48hrs before flight date it is still rebookable. Pag lumampas dun yun na yung non rebookable and non refundable.

Nag apply ako for korean visa .. approved naman. I thnk need din ang plane tickets para assurance na babalik kau. Yung hotel naman, nag book kami ng in advance na pwde macncel.
We secured our plane tickets na po pero the travel agency told us na it’s no use daw if magbibigay kami ng copy ng plane tix namin. Dami din po na denied na may mga plane tix na. 🙁

I was told it doesn’t really matter to them regarding the bank accout ADB Balance. More of the ITR and COE - job status and security- daw nila tinitingnan para makita that you have a reason to return here in the Philippines.

That was only during their autumn season nearly winter na din po yun. Sobrang dami po kasing nag a-apply both sa Mnl and Cebu Korean embassy. It was not so clear din po samin bakit bawal mag apply yung mga taga Mindanao sa Cebu Korean embassy that time. They said mga taga Visayas lang daw yung pwede. Ang dami dami po talaga kasing applicants nung time na yun. 🙁

I guess tong time na nag surge ang applications sa korean visa due to BTS concert, ddto nag start na dili na sila ga accept og applications from Mindanao (Last week of August to October 2022). Only from Visayas gina accept nila. We were planning to apply unta sa Cebu pero gi advisan mi nga sa Mnl nalang kay dili sga accept c Cebu og from Mindanao ang applicants ☹️

This so unfair, while Koreans who always portray Philippine as negative can throw their passport, plus vaccine proof, and a toothbrush into a travel bag and head to Philippines without the need to plan.
Mas nakaka benefit din po kasi tayo (economically) sa Koreans somehow sa pag bisita nila dito sa Pilipinas or yung iba dito nag aaral. Yan po yung alam ko bakit sobrang easy lang sa kanila makapasok dito sa PH.

Pero sa second apply ko sa Cebu na ako nag apply hindi na sa Manila.Yun sa Manila ako nag apply na denied kaagad ewan kung bakit baka strict sila dun.Kaya yun pag apply ulit after 3 months na approved na po:)

@@nizestuff i think this is the reason why po kasi i had friends na ganyan ang case. If 5 days visit po madalas ma approve yung 30-50K ang ADB/Bank SOA. Usually 100-200 USD budget per day. And number 7 po kasi usually related sa proof of enployment and financial capacity

Bumalik ang agent namin Sa Korean embassy to pickup our passports and docs den binigyan cla Ng denial slip. Nong nag check kami ulit Sa site Nila it appears na denied nga kami. Ang ipinagtataka namin bakit kami na denied na Naka release na Sila ng grant visa. Ang gulo Nila paasa. At pinagastos lng kami Sa plane ticket.
