These books are not a simple glossing over, but are in depth looks at a truckload of necessary topics that will aid one in becoming a better musician. Some topics included are basic theory, scale theory, slash chords, turning scales into music, playing outside, pentatonic scales, blues, rhythm changes, reharmonization, song forms, memorizing tunes, salsa and Latin jazz, fourth chords, block chords, upper structures, stride and Bud Powell voicings, tri-tone subs, and more.
