A close up look of Dennis Andersons mega mud truck King Sling. This thing is a work of art. It has the same exact engine has his Monster truck Grave Digger and it weighs several thousand pounds less. As you can see Dennis always puts on a good show for everyone watching.

A lot of people probably don't realize that Dennis is barely tapping it the whole time. What he is doing the truck considers a leisurely stroll through the park. Hes not even trying but that said it does take skill to keep that bad boy on all fours no doubt about it.

And it's the insane cam in it that makes it lope like that. When you have money like that you don't spare any expense. Either build it right or don't build it at all..

there is not one tiny piece on that motor made by GM. it is most likely a dart block to start off with.

That's a 2,000+ horsepower engine. You just don't go full throttle. he's feathering the pedal so he can keep control of it. You saw how gnarly he got coming off the line, and he didn't even floor it. Dennis Anderson is the best in the business when it comes to big horsepower and big trucks.

Thx for uploading this guys, loved it. Great showmanship by the driver and excellent work by his team on setup. Hope he's ok and not too jarred from that crash. At least the undercarriage appeared to avoid being damaged.

I hope Dennis drives gravedigger in Toronto this year but I think he has a big show in the USA the same weekend we got pit passes and my boy loves digger I wish there was a place like this in Ontario we have annual mudfests not every weekend .

Big motors with HUGE CFM carb's run into mid-throttle issues due to the turbulence from the massive throttle blades, they actually run better at WOT or closed, which is why he taps the gas, as well as just using the throttle to allow the front tires to pull the truck around the corner.

if its anything like our drag bike , alcohol is a cold burning fuel , constant fuel feed will not build as much heat as needed , also keeping fuel system flowing and changing keeps dirt buildup of linkages. we do the same in the desert and rocks with our rock toys .
