In my book n many others he got many Grammies... According to brother Bobb, he is truly the Crown Prince of Reggae. So, that in its self speaks volume...!

He took it From the King, Brother Bobb, all the way to the top where no Jamaican musician has ever gone... He is truly a joy to the reggae world...I love his music, all of it...

Dennis Brown also used some of the best Reggae RIDDIMS....To hear Full Spectrum Reggae you should use tall speaker boxes (4 tweeters + mid-range horn + double 15" woofers), NEVER 2 speech boxes on poles with a sub-woofer, which cannot play that vital rapid-hammer Mid-Bass that makes everybody dance. Reggae sparkles when real tweeters are used to bring up all percussions such as high-hats, chimes, twinkles, etc

That's how life and the world are- people will never get what they truly deserved - justice and/or earned for their legendary works... I think people mistakenly judged him, confusing his talent with his life as human, they didn't give to him his dues... But, his prolific career will surely give it to him.. 75 hit Albums speak volumes of a truly musical legend, for which his genius is second to none...
