So, one day Ken Boothe come to see me at my house with his wife and a Ras. He introduced him to I "This is Mickey Campbell"and I acknowledged him and thought nothing of it . Only to find out some years later that Mikey produced this song and did loads in our music. Imagine the great Mikey RIP Campbell (lol) and I as a musician had no idea of him outside of his name being mentioned to me here and there. Jah know. Gwaan Dennis.

I’m with you, great times. Those base speakers were out of this world. I’m amazed I have suffered any hearing loss. No fuss, people came to have a good time. Everyone went home as they came, no extra holes in their bodies!

Reggae Runnings with RAS REGG!!! As soon as I hear that bass line, it takes me back to my youth in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. Good memories listening to this on the radio. Thank you, Netflix, for the cinematic masterpiece, 'The Harder They Fall.' Exceptional soundtrack.
Just got my old reggae 12inchers out which I haven't played for over 20 years since my record player bust😂. Forgot what a fantastic record this was. Dennis Brown's (RIP) wonderful velvet voice and Aswad at the controls. Classic
I'm so glad that "The Harder they Fall" is bringing Dennis Brown some more recognition. He was an AWESOME artiste and his musical legacy is fantastic! This song raises my pores every time!!!!

I'm praying for the second coming of the Messiah to redeem us that will accept a righteous blessing, forgive us affliction and grant us with wisdom, courage, compassion and the feet willing to run to what is thy will of God, save All souls especially those in most need of thy mercy
Salute to all lions ..warriors of the 12 tribes of yehuda, judah..scattered amongt all still across this promised land where in 2020 overstand stupidity
The massively great Dennis Brown. No tribute paid to this late Hyper-Legend can adequately capture his unquantifiable contribution to roots reggae or do justice to his burgeoning talent. Even Bob Marley said this man was his favorite roots reggae artist. He was that huge. So huge in fact, that the day he was buried, Jamaica stood still....... May Jesus Christ grant him admission into the land promised to those who invest their talent to make the world a better place. Continue to rest in peace the massively great Dennis Brown. Amen.

You lie not.. The promise land is Isreal and the holy city is Jerusalem.. Isaiah 14:1-7 [1]For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob. [2]And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors. [3]And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve, [4]That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased! [5]The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the sceptre of the rulers. [6]He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth. [7]The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing.
