Well, they are still on the set, and on the job, and they are going to be in character to a large degree. They are aware that there are bosses around, cameras present, and that they have a public image to maintain. Aspects of the actors' natural demeanor and persona will always be present, but it's still a crafted Hollywood show (illusion).

Mark-Paul discusses that on the podcast. During the late 80s/very early 90s, Public Enemy was popular in a lot of social circles, and that hat was a thing amongst the fandom.
As I recall, they were shooting far in advance at that time. The shows they were shooting in Jan. '92, were for the 93-94 season, because some of the cast members were ready to move one, and they were making sure they would be in the show for the next couple of years.
@@nsls8223 I may have some details mixed up. But I know for sure that we shot the story in January 1992, and they were shooting far in advance. I think a couple of the cast members, Tiffani and Elizabeth, had already left the show, and they may have been shooting around them.
@@DavidCarroll actually I watched your other video where you interviewed Dennis Haskins solely and he said the same thing. That they were shooting for the 93 and 94 season but that didn't actually happen the show ended in 1993. I think it only actually aired one episode in 1993 and that was a graduation episode. The first year of the new class was from 93-94
@@nsls8223 He may have had some dates wrong. But they were definitely shooting way ahead, so those Jan '92 shows may have aired sometime late in the 92-93 season.
The episodes were watchable cos you got into the characters but it wasn’t that amazing it is just nostalgia as it takes us back to our childhood or teens
@@nsls8223 lol! a couple of years ago Tiffani Amber Thiessen was on some morning talk show and Dennis Haskins surprised her as a mini reunion. Since she wasn't interested in any type of reunion let alone didn't even know he was going to be there the conversation got awkward really quick lol!
