Density Lemonade 

Density Lemonade, demonstrated by Planetarium Specialist Katy Downing!
Ingredients:
Ice
Lemon juice
Simple syrup
Food coloring
Water
1. Fill your glass with ice
2. Mix each layer one at a time, based on the measurements below
3. Pour each layer slowly over the ice - it will not work if you pour too fast!
Layer 1: 5 tsp. lemon juice, 8 tsp. simple syrup, few drops of red food coloring, ½ cup water
Layer 2: 3 tsp lemon juice, 5 tsp. simple syrup, few drops of yellow food coloring, ½ cup water
Layer 3: 2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 tsp. simple syrup, few drops of green food coloring, ½ cup water
Layer 4: 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. simple syrup, few drops of blue food coloring, ½ cup water
