I is so cool to see Chad teaching his kids how to figure stuff out. He not only says ‘do this’, but also why he says ‘do this’. That’s how my dad taught me and how I taught my son. And, that’s how my son is teaching his sons. My heart is lifted. Thank you and may God Bless all you do!

In 30-40 years from now people will marvel at the skill your sons have building cars and trucks. They may ask them to tell of their earliest memories of how they learned to weld. They will say "I don't really remember the make or model but I know my dad was standing behind me all the way!

These skills that Kenner is learning will benefit him the rest of his life. His truck he will appreciate because he built it!! I sure wish I had done that with my boys growing up, they had little appreciation for their vehicles. Three under age teens on the insurance policy was nothing less than robbery. It’s a beautiful truck too

I have to admit, I cringed the moment I saw the boys had decided to mount the crossmember between the frame and not across the top of the frame, but you, Chad, proved your mettle by showing restraint and not micromanaging the project. Since there were pretty no mistakes that couldn't easily be fixed on the crossmember, this was one of those times where it was best to sit back and allow them to problem solve without having to rely on your experience. THAT, is how to instill confidence and THAT is mentoring! Well done!
