Overall they are good shoes. I have an issue with the insole of the right shoe where it keeps sliding back and my toes hang over the insole. Don't know why it does that because the left doesn't and none of my other Xero shoes have had this problem. I had to take the insoles out which makes the shoes a bit looser and less warm with the cold weather we are getting now. I can feel the cold ground underneath due to the lack of the insoles. Contacted customer support three weeks ago but haven't heard from them.
