Bo Nix did look good at times. He never once folded under the pressure our defense or the noise our fanbase gave him today. That kid has legs and a potential rocket of an arm. I can’t think of any rookie QB making their debut at The Clink. (Lumen Field)

I wish Seattle would keep those classic uniforms as their primary look. They're very sharp and clean looking. I doubt they ever will but it would be nice.

NFL Fact of the day.. Bo Nix broke the record for fewest passing yards in a game with more than 25 completions in NFL History... Nix had 26 completions for 138 yards.. Keith Null had 165 yards on 28 completions in 2009..

As a Broncos fan I can say that it was 100% a week 1 start in a hostile environment from Bo Nix. I see nothing to worry about. If the expectation from anyone is that he was going to do anything but survive in this game, then I am not sure that person is living in the real world. Give him some time, it was his first start for chirst's sake.

Mike MacDonald is that dude. Look at the amount of snaps the Defense had to play and what they gave up. Thats literally insane and they had more picks and sacks to be had. For as bad as SEA played on Offense at times, that Defense looked like a top unit.

I know it's just game 1, but I have not seen the Seahawks defense look that good in seven years. Those guys were putting their hangs on people and not letting go. Tyrel Dodson was run-stopping, and pass-defending all day. That was good stuff from the [D]efense.

Take the outside and force him in and trust your teammate to come get him on the inside. Don't try to hit him on the goal line and think you can stop him in 6 inches.

The Hawks did everything possible to lose that game. We need to be better if we are going to try and make playoffs this year.

Wasn't surprised in the least at Nix's performance. He played against #2 vanilla defenses during the pre-season. He's a rookie. The offense has a lot of new players, and likely plays with their new QB. I would've been surprised had they produced a great game. I imagine there's a possibility by the last third of the season we'll start getting an idea what Nix is, but it's more likely we won't until mid next season, as things settle in. Until then, I don't expect much.
