I’ll never get chills from watching celebrities fawning over each other. That’s all they want, people believing their schtick. But there are those few celebrities that really do care about giving back. Athletes tend to give more back since what they do isn’t playing pretend. They work hard and give back to the communities they play in.

For Frank Robinson the greatest 3rd baseman ever to say he is the true leader of this team is a great compliment for a player that was basically expected to do nothing.

This was about the spirit of baseball......his message was important......Denzel has his favorite team but that did not matter his message was that all of them were inspirational......his son is a Dodgers fan but that does not matter the game is important......they will never forget this Denzel is not just a star he is a real man's man.......and his strength is in every word he utters.......he make you want to be better!

This is just beautiful. Denzel is a gem. We were working at an award show and backstage he pulled the production assistants and some other workers all together and gave us words of encouragement to continue working in the business and other thoughts. He didn’t have to do that but took like 5 minutes to talk to us. All while he was in character when he was filming The Book Of Eli. Much respect to Denzel and his family.

Denzel is so genuine. Even though he doesn't know the players, heck man of his stature, who cares, but normally people can be offended or shyed away by that nevertheless there is respect in Dodger players' eyes and attitude. Not anyone can bring that kind of presence on any place. Respect!

No acting here .. this is inspirational talk from the heart.. this man (not the actor) lives by this creed. He told of his experiences as a child. Set aside your fandom and listen to the message(s). He told these highly paid men that they must be responsible because they have the simple ability and exposure to inspire all people, especially children and with that gift comes responsibility, don’t waste the gift.
