A video depicting our Jetblue flight all the way from check in at FLL until we deplane and reach the baggage claim at ATL. This video was made to show first time travelers how to navigate the airports and give them the confidence that they can easily do it.

i’m meeting my boyfriend in person for the first time and flying into ATL, i was so nervous about finding my way off the plane (i can read the signs but it’s still daunting!) but this really helped so much, especially since i’ll be flying into the same concourse, love that you show the signs and it’s not confusing at all.

Kate Doolittle I’m glad it helped. It’s pretty much impossible to mess the plane train up.... it runs from each concourse to the next and then does it in reverse order. Excellent signage and announcements on it.

Atlanta Airport seems so intimidating and I'm going for Thanksgiving this month.... I'm getting a rental once there but atleast navigating the airport puts me at ease. I'm good with international flights at FLL, but ATL and the train ..whoa

im flying into ATL from EWR in 3 days. so it looks like even if you arrive at T gates, you have to take the train to baggage claim?
@bozy106
@bozy106 3 года назад
The gates in concourse T are one stop away from baggage claim (which is in the main domestic terminal.) The most logical (and fastest) was to get to baggage claim from T gates is to ride the Plane Train one stop.

I’m travelling alone for the first time to Atlanta, when do you meet with people waiting for you in this cycle? After babe claim and up the escalator?
@bozy106
@bozy106 Год назад
Yes, just after the escalator up to baggage claim.
@giastpaul9198

How did you know which stop to get off for baggage claim after riding the plane train?
@bozy106
@bozy106 3 года назад
Baggage claim is its own separate Plane Train stop and is announced on the overhead speaker. Check out my other video on ATL baggage claim and you’ll be able to hear the actual announcement when I’m on the Plane Train. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Eug9H1EKZrs.html

Question, if I have a layover with the same airline will my luggage go to my final destination?
@bozy106
@bozy106 3 года назад
Typically it will. I always make a point to ask “Will my luggage be checked through to my final destination?” as I drop my bags off. The only times I’ve seen luggage not checked through is when there is an extended layover (think 12 hours or more).
@kalebborum3518
@kalebborum3518 3 года назад
i gotta question so do u always go to T concource for baggage claim
@bozy106
@bozy106 3 года назад
Baggage claim is actually it’s own (and last) stop on the PlaneTrain immediately after Concourse T. Let’s say you landed at the D gates/concourses, then the PlaneTrain stops would be as follows D - C - B - A - T - Baggage Claim/Ground transportation. Now what I just detailed applies for domestic flights. If you are returning from an international flight you will go through immigration/customs in the F (international) concourse as well as the dedicated international baggage claim in the F concourse.

@bozy106
@bozy106 2 года назад
@@punkintravels yeah, don’t get off at T. If you listen (and are able to hear over people talking) the announcement on the Plane Train will say something like “remain onboard for domestic baggage claim” as you approach Comcourse T. Apparently it is an error a lot of people make. (Which is understandable because people generally get on the Plane Train at Concourse T after security.)

Jesus miles to walk just to get to a "train" to go to baggage. Worst designed stupid American airport
@Boxhead42
@Boxhead42 4 года назад
American airports are purposely designed this way because they want you to pass by all of the shops and buy something. They generate lots of revenue for the airports.
