Depeche Mode, of course being in the holy trinity with the Smiths and The Cure were a huge part of my musical upbringing. For whatever reason, as teens tend to do, I moved away from that type of music during the Music for the Masses days (oddly enough)... but in college really fell in love with Violater and it still stands as one of my favorites.
