This song is so beautiful and poignant, God is a master healer, He knows what we are going through and He will deliver us, when the time is right, sometimes we need to suffer to understand that we cannot lean on our own understanding, but, in God we need to put all our faith and trust in Him and He will set our path right. my wife recently lost her dad. it was late at night when we found out and when we got to the hospital, he had already gone to be with His Savior. She never got to say good bye. After a long night, praying for resurrection and finally finding peace in the fact that he had run his race well and had finished his duty here on earth, the next morning, she was in the bathroom at home and she started playing this song. It completely wrecked me how when she didn't know what else to do, she praised the God who gives and takes away. Whoever you are and whatever you may be going through today, God is the same yesterday, today and forever and He will restore and redeem you. I pray for you to find the peace that surpasses all understanding

I’m in my bed right now hopeless. I haven’t seen my family physically in almost six years now (I travelled abroad for studies at 17). January this year I lost my mom, I cried my soul out that I didn’t even get to see her again or to even say goodbye but with friends on my side encouraging me and by God’s grace I was able to gather courage and move on. Today I learnt that my junior brother has passed on too, he was only 19 (he was intentionally hits on the head by a wicked neighbor) while in the process of organizing our mom’s funeral💔😭 I’m lying here not knowing how to handle loosing two beloved ones in the span of three months😭 I’m broken, speechless and not knowing what to do. I came here to listen to Christian songs and read others story in the comments and I’m seeing all these testimonies and it gives me hope🙏 God please I want to tell my own testimonies, God I’m tired of hearing bad news every few months. I can’t take it any longer😭 God please let Justice be rendered for my Junior brother, let his killers not go scot-free please intervene for my family.
