Poland has had this stance for years and was heavily criticized for this for “islamophobia”. But the recent events has proven to the world that Poland was right all along. That’s one of the few good things this war has brought us, a heightened awareness on the dangers of radicalization and the threat of illegal immigration. I hope our government leaders find their courage for mass deportation.

Wrong. Illegal immigration to Poland is organized by Belarus. It's attack on Polish sovereignty. We have accepted immigrants from Ukraine after war started. Several million of them in fact. But they weren't under Lukaszenko orders.

I'm an immigrant myself, living in the UK for the last 16 years. I did not come here by my own choice; my parents left Poland to find a better life for me and my siblings. We adapted to this culture and its people, and this is how it should be, not the opposite way where the UK nation should adapt to immigrants. My parents were always working here and not draining the benefit system. Also, how did those immigrants from the Middle East end up in Belarus in the first place? It all seems like a setup to disrupt PL/EU borders.

All EU countries suffered because of the forced influx of immigrants during the Syria conflict. Now the UK is out of the EU I am not sure what will happen with these Gaza refugees. I'm sure even if we say no to them, they will all try to sneak in like during Syria conflict and make France a living nightmare.
It's more complicated than that. The questions, and the way they are phrased, are a way to keep PiS somewhat involved with goverment, no matter what happens with elections. It's not a matter of people voting yes or no, but voting no or not voting at all. I am strongly against illegal immigration, but I won't be voting for the leading party, PiS, and most likely won't vote in referendum to begin with.

But at least the UK is now out of the EU and it is up to them who is allowed in. After arriving I received the right to work full time. That's all. Not even health insurance or ANY type of social support. But I didn't complain, that was the deal, and I knew it from the beginning, and I accepted it. I worked my self-up, made some friends and I became part of that country. After many years I came back to Poland. And when I see now that immigrants just jump off the boats and enter these countries and don't have to fulfill any requirements and they receive all the social benefits without have to even work, it boils my blood.
