However, you're video had left so many voids for a lay person because you have not explained 1. Who is that Domestic Custodian 2. Who controls this Domestic Custodian 3.And, What is the relationship between this Domestic Custodian and Overseas Depository Bank. In addition you must clarify why at all a company should go for listing abroad? Besides, it is said that it helps hedge the risk of currency fluctuations. How and how does it help the company that has originally issued the shares? Please update me here and your viewers shall appreciate if should update your entire video also and inform your viewers.
