Depression and Isolation 

Back from a mental health break, I talk about the struggles of depression, anxiety, and isolation. I will likely talk about this topic more next week in a more general sense. In this video, I talk more about what I've been through for a while now. Sorry for being all over the place, I might be like this for a while. I ask that you try to be patient while I work through my issues. I hope this video brings some comfort to someone in a sense of not feeling alone or ashamed. It sucks being depressed, but you do not need to feel ashamed.
